The Opportunity

Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

What you'll do:
  • Test the Tynker web experience from a variety of roles including students, teachers and parents, on all supported OS platforms.

Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced digital marketing manager to join our consumer team responsible for targeting and converting parents for our home product(s). In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable results through effective programs, delivered across multiple channels. You will design and execute marketing campaigns to expand and engage our parent audience and improve existing communications and conversions. The position includes research, planning, coordination, testing, design, execution, and results analysis and it will report to the Director of Consumer Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Tynker’s consumer products through effective demand generation programs. Increase conversions to Tynker paid plans to exceed annual revenue goals.
  • Manage the planning and production of copy for consumer touchpoints including emails, notifications, and blogs. Craft compelling messages for parents and students to increase interest and conversion to paid plans.
  • Develop a parent social media strategy: sites, channels, messages and manage social media posts and audiences - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and others as needed.
  • Develop and launch a video engagement strategy for students and parents for YouTube, TikTok, FB ads, and others as needed.
